But at the same time demand in India, Russia and China is likely to grow between 5.5 and 12 percent. India, especially is expected to see an exponential growth in the range of 9 – 12 percent.
In the Asia/Pacific region, India is in fourth place in the region for door and window sales, behind China, Japan and South Korea. Practically every category of doors and windows, regardless of the material used, will be showing an increase and soon, annual market gains in India will trail only China. Such strong increases can be traced largely to the rise of the middle class and to more rapid industrilization.
